Please note that before departure, guests must wash the dishes and take out the rubbish.
Please note that luggage storage is possible off site, subject to availability. Prices for luggage storage start at EUR 5.
Please note that for guests wishing to park their car in a secure car park, secure public car parks are available upon reservation around Nice for variable charges. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Please inform Historical center - 1 bdr apt in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. A security deposit of EUR 200 is required upon arrival for incidentals. This deposit is fully refundable upon check-out and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation.

2017年「台灣鱉甲魚文化推廣美食饗宴」將於11月11日上午在屏東縣九如鄉「加味美食館」熱鬧登場。今(25)日上午舉辦行前記者會，推出50桌美食饗宴認桌，每桌特價5000元，縣長潘孟安竭誠邀請鄉親共襄盛舉。活動當天上午11時發放票券，讓民眾免費品嚐300份甲魚美食，活動另有產業市集、藝文表演等。
潘孟安表示，屏東農業非常多元，屏北的淡水蝦及甲魚養殖更占全台七成產量，過去以外銷居多，近年為開啟國內市場，經縣府垂直整合，從改善養殖環境至媒介與生技產業結合，讓傳統養殖產業轉型，甲魚相關商品也都能更符合現代人的需求。

屏東九如、里港堪稱全世界產量最穩、品質最優的養殖甲魚大本營。本草綱目提到甲魚是一種營養豐富、味道鮮美且具有藥效之珍貴經濟動物。1930年起即有小訂房資訊規模的養殖，1960年於高雄美濃發展養殖，進而屏東里港、九如為大宗，2000年代更創下外銷中國一顆甲魚蛋有8至10元價格。
甲魚中含鐵質、葉酸等，能旺盛造血功能，有助於提高運動員的耐力和恢復疲勞，也富含維生素A、維生素E、膠原蛋白和多種氨基酸、不飽和脂肪酸、微量元素，能提高人體免疫功能，，促進新陳代謝，增強人體的抗病能力，有養顏美容和延緩衰老的作用。

台灣甲魚養殖協會指出，為了讓民眾了解美味的食材是屏東漁民用心的培育養殖，舉辦美食饗宴，活動委由名廚研制甲魚佳餚，重塑甲魚養生極品的地位，讓國人重新重視甲魚的食用，讓大家理解甲魚料理方法，品嘗營養豐富的美味聖品。
